Global Recruitment for Tenured/Tenure-Track Faculty

1.Tenured Professor

Applicants should have a sustained and high-level academic output with widespread academic influence in their respective fields. Their academic achievements should be highly recognized and respected by the academic community both domestically and internationally. A doctoral degree is required, along with experience in holding a position equivalent to an Associate Professor or above at an internationally renowned university orresearch institution, demonstrating high research productivity and creativity.

2.Associate Professor(Excellent Young Scientists)

In principle, applicants should not be more than 40 years old. Applicants should normally have obtained a formal teaching or research position in an overseas university, scientific research institution or enterprise R&D institution, and have more than 36 consecutive months of working experience, if they have obtained a doctoral degree overseas and have outstanding performance, the requirement of years of working experience can be appropriately relaxed,；they have not yet returned to China full-time, or had returned and worked in China after 1st January 2024. They are required to work full-time after being appointed.

Young scientific and technological talents who have made considerable achievements in China may also apply for registration.

3.Assistant Professor

Applicants should hold a doctoral degree in the relevant field, have a good academic achievement, have a strong research publication, and show an excellent potential to become a leaderin his/her own field and an ability to teach.
