个人简介

赵勇教授是合成生物学院生物科学系讲席教授。国家杰出青年基金、新世纪百千万人才国家级人才、政府特殊津贴、中科院“百人计划”引进人才、“鹏城孔雀计划”特聘A档获得者。中国免疫学会移植免疫分会副主任委员,中国医药生物技术协会移植技术分会副主任委员。曾任中科院动物所副所长、膜生物学国家重点实验室主任、中国科学院大学存济医学院免疫教研室主任。长期从事移植免疫学研究,主要对移植免疫耐受诱导及其发生细胞分子机制和免疫细胞治疗进行研究,取得一系列重要研究成果。作为首席科学家主持科技部重点基础研究发展计划项目及国家自然科学基金委重点项目等多项科研项目。在Nat Med、Nat Commun、Sci Adv、JEM、Blood、Cell Rep、EMBO Rep及Am J Transplant等发表SCI文章260余篇,中文核心期刊文章70余篇,获得发明专利授权2项。论文引用超17000次。获得爱思唯尔(Elsevier) 2021年-“中国高被引学者(基础医学)”。主编《异种移植免疫学》、《移植免疫耐受》及《合成免疫学》,参编《免疫学前沿进展》等5部书籍。

研究领域

主要应用器官移植、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤等动物模型,整合多组学及计算生物学、免疫学、分子生化及合成生物学等技术,开发新型基因编辑免疫细胞药物及生物工程药物,创建可应用于临床治疗的诱导或逆转免疫耐受治疗方案,推动免疫细胞药物在器官移植、自身免疫性疾病及肿瘤治疗中的转化应用。
