个人简介

毕友坤,深圳理工大学合成生物学院教研助理教授,于中国科学院生物物理研究所完成博士及博士后训练。主要从事衰老状态记忆与可逆性、RNA调控与细胞命运编程、核酸药物与组织再生研究。提出“Senoreverse”衰老逆转策略,揭示细胞衰老状态的可逆潜力;明确miR-302b作为候选核酸药物的转化价值,并面向多种衰老相关适应证推进first-in-class创新药研发。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、博士后特别资助及国家资助博士后研究人员计划项目,参与国家重点研发计划、北京市自然科学基金交叉融合重点项目等。相关成果发表于Cell Metabolism、Advanced Science 等期刊;获授权中国发明专利4项,提交PCT国际专利申请1项。

核心科学发现|衰老可逆生物学(Senoreverse)

围绕细胞衰老的可逆性,提出“Senoreverse”衰老逆转策略,并通过RNA干预证明衰老细胞可在保持谱系身份的前提下解除增殖阻滞、恢复功能状态。进一步拓展至有丝分裂后细胞及非人灵长类研究,探索其跨细胞类型与跨物种规律。

核心技术发明|小核酸药物研发与转化体系

构建涵盖分子发现、序列设计、化学修饰、制备质控、递送优化及药效评价的小核酸药物研发体系,并推进其在雄激素性脱发、HIV相关早衰、肌少症及阿尔茨海默病等适应证中的转化应用。
