个人简介

深圳理工大学未来农业研究院特聘副教授。博士毕业于美国德州农工大学(Texas A&M University),后在德州农工大学从事博士后研究。研究主要致力于植物-病毒相互作用,从RNA层面上关注植物感病抗病机制以及病毒致病性机制;也聚焦于RNA二级结构在基因表达调控方面的研究。近5年以第一作者(含共一)或通讯作者(含共通)身份在Nat Plants、Genome Biology、Journal of Experimental Botany等期刊上发表论文多篇,担任Nat Plants、Genome Biology、Frontiers in Plant Science等著名杂志审稿人。

研究领域
  1. 以RNA为基础的植物-病毒相互作用机制研究;

  2. RNA二级结构及其重塑蛋白在基因表达调控方面的功能与机制;

  3. 基于RNA二级结构的抗病植株及育种改良。
